A Bit about Me
I have created a movement of paradigm shifters who unlock the potential of their minds to affect change in our world through seeing and living beyond perceived limits. I guide leaders and organizations at the highest levels how to make a meaningful impact through the power of HEART work. This leads to fresh ideas, incredible impact, and stronger performance. I regularly speak about the untapped potential of our minds and its impact on businesses.
I have 25 years’ experience leading marketing, strategy, finance, operations, and talent for some of the most prestigious agencies and brands including Disney, Activision, and Omnicom. Throughout my career, I have built campaigns for some of the biggest names in entertainment and media which have been awarded Emmy Awards, Cannes Lion Awards, Effies, Telly Awards, Game Marketing Awards, Broadcast Design Association Gold Awards, and Clio Awards.
I am a Mom, Wife, Board Advisor, and Executive Coach who is part of the small group of women that have ever managed to smash through the C-Suite glass ceiling of Corporate America. As a pioneer of women in the boardroom and the dining room, I have taken the arrows so that my peers and the next generation don’t have to. I am a builder of Equity and Inclusion in our workplaces and regularly mentor both men and women on how we will arrive there together.
I serve on the Boards of: A Place Called Home, for children and teens in South Central LA; Teneral Cellars, an all-digital platform for women; Shining Studios, that provides education, to the Long Island community. I am a member of Women in Film, YPO Hollywood, and YPO Big Apple.
I’m certified as a Rewilders Guide, Zone Leadership Coach, Reboot facilitator, and 3P trainer. I have a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology. I am a Certified Public Accountant, President, and Board Advisor and have led businesses grossing over $1B in revenue.
My husband Chris and our daughter Maya love to live on both coasts and share our time between homes in New York and California.
